Expression of Interest for Hirers in Lynbrook Community Centre

⁠⁠⁠Expression of Interest (EOI) must be submitted by 5.00 pm, Monday 24 September 2018.

Any group interested in regularly hiring space at a facility (at least once a month) in 2019 is invited to submit an EOI. This EOI only applies to regular users. Bookings for casual hire of Lynbrook Community Centre will be available after the regular users are finalised.

This EOI is also a booking form. Please complete all relevant information within this form. If your EOI is successful you will not be required to complete an additional Booking Form. Submission of an EOI does not guarantee your request will be accepted. The City of Casey will provide written confirmation to your group after all EOIs have been assessed. To assist Council's Facilities Management Team in determining the most suitable regular users of the Community Facility, allocations will be based on submissions addressing the selection criteria at question 11. The team will also take into consideration surrounding services and programs and groups that do not currently have access to a facility.
