Tender Description
The Department of Human Services Health Systems Branch is seeking a User Researcher who can support all relevant IT software projects with discovery research and user testing.
The User Researcher will work with multidisciplinary teams across ICT and business.
The User Researcher will work under the direction of project managers with product owners and product managers to advise, plan, execute, and report on user research and user testing.
