The objectives of this contract are:
* To engage a Consultant who will ensure consistency and continuity in good asset management of the Earth & Sky Limited Partnership access roads and carpark.
* To maintain reliable asset information that Earth & Sky Limited Partnership can have confidence in.
* To ensure the asset information is kept up-to-date through timely and regular maintenance.
* To provide prompt, accurate information to Earth & Sky Limited Partnership as and when required.
