Sale of 20 GL in the Goulburn
The Commonwealth Environmental Water Holder has decided to sell 20 GL of temporary water (regulated allocations) held in the Goulburn, using a competitive tender process.
This decision is in the interests of maximising environmental outcomes locally and across the Murray-Darling Basin.
Who can bid?
The tender is open to entitlement holders to which Goulburn regulated river allocation can be transferred within State trading rules.
Making a bid
Bids will be accepted between 10 am Monday 3 September 2018 and 2 pm Wednesday 5 September 2018 (AEST). Bids will be assessed on the value for money they represent.
The Commonwealth Environmental Water Holder has not appointed any agents (such as brokers) to act on its behalf to conduct this tender. Bidders to purchase water allocation may, at their discretion, submit a bid using an agent of their choice.
Bids will be accepted between 10 am Monday 3 September 2018 and 2 pm Wednesday 5 September 2018 (AEST).
Bids are made via the electronic Bid Form available on the Commonwealth Environmental Water Office website (via http://www.environment.gov.au/water/cewo/trade)
