Submission are invited by Moonee Valley City Council from Interested Parties for the following Expression of Interest (EOI):

Main Works – East Kellor Leisure Centre Development Construction

Council (the Principal) is seeking Expressions of Interest from appropriately qualified and experienced respondents to be shortlisted for the procurement of the Head Contractor to Construct the East Kellor Leisure Centre.

Expression of Interest documents can be downloaded free of charge by visiting Council’s e-tendering website http://mvcc.vic.gov.au/tenders.

Documents will be available for download from 12 noon (local time) Monday, 3 September 2018.

A non-compulsory site meeting will be held on Monday, 10 September 2018. For further details of the meeting, refer to the EOI document.

Submissions are to be lodged as detailed in the documentation via the eTenderbox http://mvcc.vic.gov.au/tenders no later than the specified closing date and time.

Late, emailed, hard copied or facsimiled submissions will not be accepted.

Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
