Tender Description
1. INVITATION TO TENDER
The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the reconstruction of Barkly Street from McDonald Street to Chute Street.
The scope of works for this contract includes the following:
* Excavation of road pavement, footpaths, vehicle crossings, and kerbs
* Asphalt reconstruction
* Asphalt profile and re-sheet
* Concrete kerbs & channel
* Concrete footpath paving
* Concrete vehicle crossings
* Concrete drainage pipes from 300Ø to 375Ø
* Associated pits
It is Council’s intention to award the contract during October 2018. Works must be completed by 8 June 2019.
