Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for a New Learning Centre located at Brightwater State School, 20 Dianella Drive, Mountain Creek, QLD, 4557.
Tender documentation will only be provided to eligible contractors and submissions will only be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 3.

IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria. SITE VISIT DETAILS: A site visit will be held on Wednesday, 5th September 2018 at 10:00am. All contractors to sign in at the Administration Block.
