Scope of works
The Contractor will be required to carry out the following works:
Portion 1: Driver Landing Pads
* Supply and install 2 x 10m long “Driver Landing Pads”. Each landing pad shall be constructed on both sides of Cape Lambert 12 road (Rd).
* Supply and install 20 x precast concrete units
* Supply and install Monowills handrail
* Perform earthworks as required
* Transport, placement and compaction of ballast (includes loading all transport trucks at the company ballast stockpile located at the “Cape Lambert Y”
* Provide track protection officer(s)
Portion 2: Inspection pads
Construct approximately 2303m of inspection pads on both sides of 12 Rd consisting of:
* earthworks
* supply & install of re-constituted limestone blocks
* loading, transport, placement and compaction of ballast
* provision of track protection officer(s)
