Dampier Resilience Project: Project Management and Detailed Design Services

⁠⁠⁠Company has issued a Tender to suitably qualified Construction Contractors, to deliver, on a limited Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis, the establishment of the Happy Valley Supply Substation (HVBSS), located in Dampier.

The following is an outline of the overall project EPC Scope of Work;
* 220kV Line Bay extension at Yurralyi Maya Power Station (YMPS);
* 220kV Transmission line from YMPS to the Karratha to Dampier Causeway;
* 220kV Underground cable installation across the Karratha to Dampier Causeway to HVBSS;
* Construction of the HVBSS;
* 33kV Distribution to Parker Point operations, East Intercourse Island operations, 7 Mile Rail operations, Dampier Town and Dampier Salt Limited (DSL); and
* Deconstruction of the redundant 220kV transmission line, DB33 220kV switchyard and 33kV distribution

Scope of Work: Project Management and Detailed Design Services

The scope of work includes, but shall not necessarily be limited to, the following services:

* Overall management and responsibility for project execution, including design (where nominated in the EPC contract), procurement, construction, commissioning and handover;
* Management of the EPC Contractor;
* Document control and administration;
* Detailed Design to IFC to progress and support the procurement, manufacturing construction, installation and commissioning and handover phases of the project;
* Construction Management;
* Quality Assurance Management;
* Commissioning Management;
* Scheduling and cost control services;
* Contract Management; and,
* Travel administration.

The Consultant is responsible for the completion of the whole of the Works including such works as may be required, but not specifically described herein, in order to achieve completion of the Works.
