Chevron Australia Pty Ltd (Chevron) is requesting information from vendors that are capable of meeting the requirements set out in this scope of work (full capability of one or more categories).
Vendor shall supply, deliver and unload products at Chevron ’s delivery point. Products required by Chevron include but not limited to the following:
Category 1. Safety
1.1 Personal Protection Equipment (PPE);
1.2 Fire Retardant Clothing (FRC); and
1.3 Safety boots.
Category 2. Industrial Mill
2.1 Power and hand tools;
2.2 Hardware;
2.3 General mechanical spares;
2.4 General chemicals, lubricants;
2.5 Filters;
2.6 Fasteners; and
2.7 Welding equipment and consumables.
Category 3. Fittings
3.1 Hydraulic
3.2 Pneumatic;
3.3 Hose; and
3.4 Pipe.
Category 4. Valves
4.1 Ball, gate, check, control, pneumatic, butterfly etc
For the purpose of this Request for Information (RFI), submissions provided to the Industry Capability Network of Western Australia (ICNWA) should include but not limited to the following information:
1. Capability for full supply and delivery of one or more of the categories above.
2. Capability for any additional Products not in the categories above and supporting case studies.
3. Vendor managed / consignment inventory system capability
a) Include detailed Procure-2-Pay vendor management inventory methodology;
b) Delivery to Chevron Perth Distribution Centre (PDC).
4. Punch out or e-procurement integration capability;
5. WA local presence.
a) Location(s), distribution centres, size etc.
6. Market Capitalisation;
7. Annual Turnover;
8. Parent Company (if applicable);
9. Sub supplier and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) listing.
