Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of a new secondary learning centre and library to accommodate the six full cohorts for the academic year starting 2020. The project includes the construction of a new multi-storey building and a library as well as "making good" the site.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 3 and third party Quality Assurance.

Information regarding the site visit will be included in the Letter to Tenderers in the tender documentation.
Submissions close on Monday, 24 September, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Ranbury Management Group, Level 18, 270 Adelaide Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.
