EOI: Gippsland Logistics Precinct Industrial Land off Tramway Road Morwell
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced parties for the development and operation of whole or part of the Gippsland Logistics Precinct, in Morwell, Victoria, under an agreement. The Expression of Interest is open to an individual company or companies acting as a joint venture.
Expressions of Interest addressed to the undersigned, Latrobe City Council, PO Box 264, Morwell 3840 should be received by Tuesday 18 September 2018.
