Cleaning Services for the Shire of Halls Creek Public Buildings & Facilities

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Halls Creek is located in The Kimberley, Western Australia. Our main office and most of our public buildings and facilities are in the town of Halls Creek, located on the Great Northern Highway between Broome (684 km) and Kununurra (360 km).

The Shire is seeking the services of a suitably experienced company/contactor to undertake cleaning services of our public buildings and facilities within the town of Halls Creek. The buildings/facilities include the Shire of Halls Creek administration building, Council Chamber and Councillor's Lounge, Youth Services building, public toilets, stage area, Recreation and Aquatic Centre, Shire depot, Town Hall, Visitor Information Centre and Halls Creek Licensed Post Office. A three year contract is offered with a further two twelve month options at the discretion of the Shire.

There is a mandatory briefing meeting for tenderers to be held at 11.00 am on Friday 31st August, 2018 at the Shire of Halls Creek Council Chamber, 7 Thomas Street, Halls Creek WA 6770.

Tenders close at 1.00 pm AWST on Friday 21 September 2018 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
