Campus Redevelopment - Morwell and Port of Sale

⁠⁠⁠The Victorian Budget 2018/19 provided an investment of $25 million to build a new Federation Training (TAFE) campus at the Port of Sale to expand and improve access to training opportunities in the area.The Budget will also invest $35.5 million to transform Federation Training’s Morwell Campus, giving Morwell the facilities it needs to provide young Victorians with the skills they need to get a job with a new Future Skills Training Centre and Technical Training Centre of Excellence.

Federation Training will occupy these new facilities in 2021.

This EOI seeks to identify a shortlist of Architects to tender for Architect Services for the development of:
* The Morwell Campus Redevelopment - Hi‐Tech Precinct: Future Skills Training and Technical Training Centre of Excellence
* Port of Sale Campus Development

Although the two projects are separate entities, the design of each project will be developed concurrently as one project.
