Moreland City Council is seeking the services of an experienced consultant to work in partnership with Moreland Youth Services to deliver Untitled: A Strategy for Moreland’s Young People (the “Strategy”)
Service levels are to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with ‘Best Value” aimed at achieving an environmentally responsible, safe and cost-effective outcome for Council.
All submissions should must be clearly marked Moreland City Council – Moreland Youth Strategy Quotation number Q13377 and sent by email to dwoodcock@moreland.vic.gov.au
