Outsourced Information Communication Technologies (ICT) Support Services for HPV

⁠⁠⁠Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV) are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for outsourced ICT support arrangements for their systems and applications to enable HPV staff to provide services for its customers for a principal period of 5 years with 2 x 2 Year options to extend (5+2+2)

Responses to this EOI will be used to form a shortlist of providers to be invited to a restricted Tender.

EOI Documentation
* Invitation to Supply (ITS) documents are available to download via the HPV Procurement Portal (https://www.hpv.org.au)
* All Respondents must register on the HPV Website to access the Procurement Portal before gaining access to the EOI.

Communication
* All communication regarding the EOI must be in writing via the Message function in the HPV Procurement Portal. Closing time and date for last enquiries in relation to this tender is 10:00am AEST 12 sept 2018. HPV reserves the right to not provide answers to questions asked after the last date/time for enquiries.

EOI Submissions
* Expressions of Interest must be submitted via the HPV Procurement Portal. Submissions in any other format will not be accepted.
* Full details of the delivery method are found in Part 3 Conditions, 10 - Delivery Method.
* Late Tender Submissions will NOT be accepted other than in exceptional circumstances as described in Part 3 Conditions, 9 - Late Responses

An industry briefing for any interested parties will be held on Monday the 27th of August 3:00pm - 4:00pm
