Vehicle Modifications

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of Services is to implement processes for the manufacture and provision of Modified Vehicles to meet the needs of TAC Clients. In turn, the TAC will see efficiencies in the delivery time of Modified Vehicles to TAC Clients, as well as improved production quality.

The scope of Services includes the design, manufacture and supply of Modified Vehicles to TAC Clients. In provision of this service, the Supplier will perform the following activities:

* attend the initial Client Assessment in order to determine the TAC Client’s needs;
* design and manufacture Modified Vehicles;
* ensure that Modified Vehicles meet all relevant state and federal regulations and design standards;
* provide the TAC Client, or where applicable, carers instruction on Modified Vehicle operation at handover;
* maintain stock of Base Vehicles and Prefinished Vehicles to agreed quantities in order to minimise downtime; and
* provision of maintenance schedules for all Modified Vehicles.
