Request for Tender - NT PHN Youth Severe Mental Health Program

⁠⁠⁠The aim of the tender is to increase access to Clinical services for the target population.

Funding is available to eligible service providers to commence service delivery from 1 December 2018 (estimated) through to 30 June 2019.

In preparing your application, organisations are required to familiarise themselves with the NT PHN Youth Severe Mental Health Program Guidelines document which has been developed to provide guidance for implementation and management of all aspects of the Youth Severe Mental Health Program.
