Engineering Services Combined Packages

⁠⁠⁠BHP is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from contractors capable of completing detailed engineering and construction study works for the following scopes, on an individual or combined basis:

BFX 085 Precious Metal Refinery (Gold PMR) Capacity Assessment
Identify capacity constraints within the Precious Metals Refinery facility and provide engineered and costed solutions to increase throughput.

BFX 103 Engineering Review of Surface Facilities (Updated Mine Plan)
Review of and update engineering, cost estimates and schedule for the proposed facility upgrades in the Mills, Hydromet and Refinery areas with updated mine plan throughput details.

BFX SPS 087 Modularisation & Prefabrication Review

Review of the current facility scope to identify the cost and schedule benefit of modularising and preassembling facilities, including:
* identifying which parts of the proposed new facilities could be modularised either offshore or in Australia, based on a maximum size and weight envelope,
* identifying how these items could be split into modules and then assembled,
* identifying how these modules could be preassembled and move into final position,
* identifying the cost and schedule benefit of modularising and preassembling off site.
