Campbelltown City Council (the Council) invites Tenders from Tenderers for the provision of the Campbelltown Council Administration Building Design.
Campbelltown City Council is seeking to engage a consultant to undertake the building design and documentation, suitable for construction, for the Campbelltown Administration Building. The project as detailed herein shall comprise of the whole of the works necessary to execute the works described in this documentation, however not limited to:
- Geotechnical
- Survey/services location
- Architecture and Interior Design
- Landscape Architect
- Arborist
- Civil / Structural engineer
- Acoustic engineer
- Traffic Engineer
- Building Services Engineer
- Building Certifier
- DDA Consultant
- ESD Consultant
- Cost Consultant
- Kitchen Consultant
- Lift Consultant
- Planner
- Anticipated disbursements (SA Water etc.)
- Any other disciplines not detailed above.
Briefing (Mandatory Attendance)

A briefing session will be held at 172 Montacute Road, ROSTREVOR, South Australia, Australia, 5073 on 10:35 am 15 May 2026.
