Management & Operation of Olinda Seasonal Outdoor Pool

⁠⁠⁠The Yarra Ranges Shire Council invites tenders from suitably experienced and resourced parties for the Management & Operation of Olinda Seasonal Outdoor Pool.

In the absence of a suitably experienced and resourced party, Council may exercise an option under CT5322 Management and Operation of Aquatic Centres for Belgravia Leisure Pty Ltd, (who is currently contracted to manage all other indoor and outdoor pools on behalf of Council), to manage and operate the Olinda Seasonal Outdoor Pool.

The contract end date is 30 June 2026. Please refer to Clause 6.7 of the General Conditions of Contract.

Submissions are sought from tenderers suitably experienced in the provision of the Services as outlined in the specification.

Tenderers are required to lodge a completed Business Plan for the full contract term as part of their submission. Refer to Clause 3.20.2 of the specification.

The successful tenderer must have an Occupational Health and Safety Management System lodged with Council for approval prior to 1 December 2018.

Council anticipates awarding the contract as soon as practicable following tender close.

The applicable form of contract is a deed agreement which means that Council does not guarantee the volume of work available under this contract.

Council will adjust the tendered prices and rates as per the methodology prescribed in Clause 4.2 of the General Conditions of Contract.
