Tender Description
We are seeking a partner who will work with a digital delivery team and can provide us with Design, Development, User Research, Operations/Help Desk support, Delivery and Product Management Capacity. This will be provided as needed and will be based on our future needs and priorities.
At times, our digital delivery team does not have the capacity needed to deliver on our priorities. We have a need for a seller to be available to provide us with increased design and/or development capacity to help us to be able to deliver on our goals. Increasingly there are large outcome-based projects drawing on the platform's source code.
The seller will become our partner who can add the needed capacity to our team as required by providing professionals across a number of digital skill sets. The skills sets where we require assistance include design (service design, interaction design), user research, development (front-end, back-end, full stack), operations/helpdesk support, delivery management and product management.
