Tender Description
The purpose of this Invitation is to shortlist Respondents to provide bill creation and print services, electronic bill delivery services and on-line customer self-service portal services.
Outcomes to be obtained from the EOI process include:
(a.) Establishment of capabilities of vendors to provide electronic bill creation and delivery services.
(b.) Establishment of capabilities of vendors to provide bill print services.
(c.) Understanding of the ability to develop other value added service offerings that align with Hunter Water's strategic priority areas e.g. online self-service capability (optional).
(d.) The establishment of a delivery roadmap including timeframe and effort requirements from vendor and Hunter Water for these services.
(e.) Confidence that a vendor can provide these services both before (1 July 2019) and after Hunter Water implement the use of its new billing system (expected November 2019).
(f.) Enhanced knowledge of vendor capabilities to extend Hunter Water's online service capabilities.
(g.) Indicative pricing information for current and future service enhancements which can be used to inform future pricing submission process for Hunter Water.
It is proposed that there will be an initial contract period of 3 years, with optional contract extensions of 1 + 1 years beyond the initial 3 years.
Responses close at 2pm AEDST on Thursday 30 August 2018, and submissions must be fully received by this time.
