The Department of Environment Land Water and Planning (DELWP) is offering a portfolio of six surplus government sites for sale and development through the Inclusionary Housing Pilot (IHP). The IHP will deliver a minimum of 100 social housing dwellings across the six sites in addition to affordable housing and private dwellings.
DELWP invites you to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for sale and development of the sites.
The portfolio offers a combined total of 16 hectares of developable land in Boronia, Broadmeadows, Parkville, Wodonga, Noble Park and Reservoir. The portfolio is offered for sale to the residential market in any combination of sites from a single site to the full portfolio.
The EOI is the third phase in a multi‑stage procurement process that will result in a contract for the sale and development of each of the sites being finalised in early 2019.
