The City of Greater Dandenong (“Council”) is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to provide services for landscaping and minor construction works at the Allan Street Reserve located at 25-39 Allan Street, Dandenong (Melway 90 B9).
The Allan Street Reserve is being developed for passive recreation as a part of the City of Greater Dandenong’s “Metro 3175 Open Space” program. The reserve will offer recreational opportunity to residents of the newly developed Metro 3175 precinct.
Some open space works have already been done, including some bluestone pavement, bench seats and garden beds. These contracted works include expansion of the paved areas and garden beds, supply and planting of plants, a picnic shelter with table, some fitness equipment with rubberised soft fall surface and sub-surface drainage installation.
