Tender Description
The Expressions of Interest (EOI) seeks submissions for food and beverage services for two (2) SLM properties, The Mint and the Hyde Park Barracks Museum. The provision of food, beverage and service is required for the following:
1. Restaurant at The Mint (first floor)
2. Concept Store at The Mint (ground floor)
3. Events at The Mint
4. Concept Store at Hyde Park Barracks Museum (Confinement Cell)
5. Events at Hyde Park Barracks Museum (preferred supplier)
The EOI will form part of a two-stage process. Stage One is an EOI to the open market requesting proposals that address the Evaluation Criteria outlined in this EOI. Stage Two will seek Request for Proposals (RFP) from those proponents shortlisted from Stage One.
