Event Management Services for Outdoor Skate Competition Event 2019 – 2022

⁠⁠⁠Waverley Council invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the Event Management Services for Outdoor Skate Competition Event 2019 – 2022.

Council is seeking Expressions of Interests from appropriately qualified and experienced respondents for the procurement of Event Management Services for an outdoor skateboarding event at the internationally renowned Bondi Beach Skate Park on behalf of Waverley Council annually, under a three-year license agreement from 2019 to 2021.

A more detailed brief of the extent of services required by Council are set out in Volume 3 – the Specification of this Expression of Interest document.

Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.

Submissions endorsed “EOI No. 0801, Event Management Services for Outdoor Skate Competition Event 2019 – 2022” must be lodged online at no later than 11:00am on Tuesday, 28 August 2018.
