Tender Description
Council is seeking suitably experienced and qualified consultants to prepare a masterplan, which will begin to deliver on the strategic direction for Knox Central set out in the Knox Central Structure Plan.
Council is seeking a Principal Property Advisor (PPA) to lead and coordinate the delivery of a development-led masterplan that also ensures high quality urban design principles and community outcomes.
