Rokeby Road South Precinct Planning

⁠⁠⁠The City of Subiaco is seeking professional services from suitably qualified consultants to undertake precinct planning for Rokeby Road South. The precinct planning is to consider the built form context of the area and develop a vision for future development and preparation of relevant planning controls. The successful consultant will work in collaboration with the community and consider the streetscape project currently being undertaken for this area.
