Tender Description
The scope of this agreement includes the provision of “ Maintenance & Minor Works” associated to Council’s existing and/or newly acquired irrigation assets and infrastructure across Council’s open space assets portfolio which includes Sports Fields and Parks & Gardens.
These services are required to ensure the effective operation of Council’s diverse range of assets and infrastructure and services for the community. Generally, services will be required for maintenance and repairs with Contractor’s sourced and engaged on an as needed basis.
In this regard, Council is seeking established and suitably resourced contractors with extensive experience in the nominated “Service” and the associated work on offer.
Council may appoint one or more suppliers to provide the services required.
All works need to be undertaken in accordance with the relevant Codes, Standards, Acts and Regulations and Statutory requirements.
The scope of services includes:

Irrigation Inspect, repair and maintain irrigation heads, nozzles, water lines, solenoid valves, solenoid boxes, pumps, rain sensors, flow meters, backflow prevention devices (RPZ) etc.
Note: Construction Projects/ New Installs are not covered by this “Maintenance & Minor Works” Agreement. Services for these activities and projects will be procured through a separate competitive process.
