Administration Building HVAC Upgrade

Council is now inviting Tenders for the replacement of the existing Air Conditioning systems serving Ground Floor North and Level 2 and Level 3 at the Hornsby Shire Council Administration Building, 296 Peats Ferry Road, Hornsby NSW.

All interested parties are invited to submit tenders in accordance with this Invitation to Tender.

The Tenderers shall option to conduct a site visit prior to bidding, to facilitate the ease and understanding of what is required for sizing and specifying systems to be installed. Tenderers shall give notice if they wish to examine the site till Tuesday the 7 August 2018. The date of the site visit is as follows:

The site inspection will be on Thursday 9 August 2018 at 7.30 am meeting in the Hawkesbury Room, Council Chambers, 296 Peats Ferry Road, Hornsby.
