Graffiti Management Program – Removal, Detection and Prevention

⁠⁠⁠The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 1718-95 for the provision of Graffiti Management Program - Removal, Detection and Prevention.

Councils Graffiti Management Program consists of two key deliverables and outcomes. The requirements of the key deliverables are provided in items 18 & 19
* Graffiti Removal
* Graffiti Prevention and Detection

Council is seeking a single Contractor for the purposes of ensuring that Council facilities and infrastructure are maintained free of graffiti within agreed timeframes, typically, boundary fences and walls or graffiti on private property and that on Council land within the boundaries of Nillumbik Shire Council where graffiti is visible and accessible from public places, such as a roadway or footpath.

A key component to the services is the use of technology and equipment to support live 24/7 data/image capture, reporting and identification of graffiti offenders and graffiti incidents by the Contractor. Contractor is required to provide and maintain equipment.

The initial term of the new contract arrangement is for One (1) year.

Council may at its discretion, extend the operation of the Contract beyond the Initial Contract Term for a minimum period of one (1) month and a maximum of Forty Eight (48) months.

The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options, shall not exceed fifty- Six (56) months.

It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 1 October 2018.
