Request for Proposal - Design Review Panel

⁠⁠⁠Request for Proposals are invited from suitably qualified persons for appointment to the Town's Design Review Panel (DRP).

The role of the DRP is to provide expert advice to the Town on the design quality and site planning of major development proposals, urban design matters and other planning proposals. The DRP will meet on a monthly basis, with additional meetings as required. A total of eight members are proposed to be appointed, with a total of four members selected from the pool to deliberate on a specific matter. The monthly DRP meetings are currently held on the third Wednesday of the month, from 9am. Panel members will be paid for attendance at each meeting.

Proposals shall be submitted on the standard form and shall be in accordance with the specifications which can be obtained from or collected from the Town of Victoria Park administration centre, 99 Shepperton Rd, Victoria Park between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

All submissions should be either (i) in a sealed envelope marked with the proposal number and title addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Town of Victoria Park, Locked Bag No 437, Victoria Park WA 6979 (ii) sealed proposals can be lodged in the tender box situated in the foyer of the Town of Victoria Park administration centre, 99 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park WA 6100 or (iii) submitted online. Proposals must be received on or before 2pm, 14 August 2018.

Late, email or facsimile submissions will not be accepted. All or any proposal shall not necessarily be accepted and canvassing of elected members and Council officers will automatically disqualify any respondent.
