Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for a refurbishment of the existing Manual Arts building at Cleveland District State High School.
Tender Submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating of Level 2.
Tender documentation is available from Thursday, 26th July 2018. Tenderers are firstly required to confirm their PQC rating to the Project Manager by emailing a copy of their certificate to ridgemill@ridgemill.com.au. The Project Manager will then confirm whether the documents may be made available.
A mandatory site inspection is to be held on Thursday 2nd August 2018 at 12pm.
