Office 365 Implementation Partner Services for a new Collaboration Tool at the ANU
Tender ID: 361820
Tender Details
Tender Description
The University is seeking a partner to design and implement Office 365 and SharePoint as a Collaboration solution with site provisioning capabilities and a suite of templates based on business requirements. This project includes migration from and decommissioning of the legacy collaboration system, development of training and communication material.
The University has not set a specific budget at this time and will be guided by competitive and best value for money responses from shortlisted sellers invited to respond to our RFP in the next stage.
Generally speaking, the University will be seeking a fixed price proposal to implement a minimum viable product as part of the initial implementation project.
The University is considering the modernisation of its Collaboration Software processes and systems. The institution is of a size and scale that demands modern, efficient corporate systems to support the research, education and services that it provides to its customers.
The University has an ageing collaboration software suite, Alliance (Sakai) that is reaching end of life. Users advise that the existing system currently lacks a significant amount of popular functionality and workflows required by staff and students for collaborative work.
It is expected the collaboration suite will provide a customisable user experience based on a range of predefined requirements with the Office 365 application suite and SharePoint sites.
