Technical Advisor and Facility Management Advisor to the SA Schools Public Private Partnership Project

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) invites suppliers to register interest to participate in procurements for the provision of technical advice advice and facility management advice to the SA Schools Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project (Project).

Interested parties must complete and return the provided 'Registration And Confidentiality Obligations Form' by the nominated date to be eligible to receive the relevant tender documents. Interested parties may nominate to receive the tender documents for one or both roles.

Tender documents will be issued as soon as practical following the close of the Registration of Interest period.

DTF reserves the right to proceed, amend or discontinue the process at its discretion.

Broadly, the Technical Advisor / Facility Management (FM) roles will to assist the Project team to develop the required Public Private Partnership documentation including the development of a reference project (to provide capital cost estimates for the Public Sector Comparator or PSC), participation in the interactive tender process and evaluation of private sector proposals (technical/FM submissions against the RFP technical/FM brief) and advice on technical/FM matters as directed by the Project Director.
