The Australian National University (the University) via this Request for Tender (RFT) process is seeking to achieve two primary objectives: firstly, the University needs to operate telephony and unified communications on a supported Hardware and Software platform; and secondly, the University wishes to modernise its Telephony capability, seeking technology that is more in line with industry standards and a modern Unified Communications solution.
