⁠⁠⁠Tourism Australia is looking to partner with a Digital Agency that will assist it to maintain and enhance its global digital platforms amidst constantly evolving consumer behavior and technology trends.

Significant time and effort is spent creating inspirational and motivating content and campaigns for consumers across the world. The key objectives of the partnership would be to ensure Tourism Australia’s digital platforms seamlessly connect and engage consumers with this content as well as drive an increase of qualified traffic to our industry and distribution partners.

Given the complexities of Tourism Australia's global footprint, one of its objectives will be to partner with a Digital Agency that can consistently deliver well informed, market-based solutions and user experiences. Specifically, Tourism Australia will be seeking expertise in design, build and maintenance of websites, mobile apps and multichannel marketing programs globally and for our digital programs in China.

Tourism Australia has undergone a Digital Transformation program since 2014, a key part of the program was the roll out of the Adobe Marketing Cloud. This was a significant move to ensure Tourism Australia’s future digital marketing needs would be fully supported and adaptable to changing consumer behaviour. Tourism Australia uses pre-established marketing technology tools within the Adobe Marketing Cloud. The successful Digital Agency will understand the complexities of the connections between these tools and how Tourism Australia can innovate and enhance our existing investments.
