Whitlam Library Lift Refurbishment

⁠⁠⁠Fairfield City Council is seeking tenders from organisation(s) that have appropriate certifications, qualifications, capacity, experience and a high standard of capability who can deliver the best value for money in regards to Whitlam Library Lift Refurbishment.

Fairfield City Council has identified the need to conduct a technical assessment which confirms the replacement/refurbishment works required to achieve compliance with all current standards; and to achieve optimum performance and efficiency of operation of the lift device.

The project is to be undertaken as a design and construct contract. Following the technical assessment, the contractor shall provide detailed designs. Designs must be certified by a qualified engineer and comply with all relevant codes, standards and practices, pursuant to clauses articulated in the request for tender section D statement of requirements.

Tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend the briefing and site viewing which will cover an overview of the Statement of Requirements and provide the tenderers a further appreciation of the site.
