Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) invites responses to this Request for Information to assist its future planning for Artificial Intelligence (AI) enhanced solutions to support IT Service Management (ITSM) (pilot initiative).
Through this Request for Information (RFI), DoE is seeking information about available products, services and implementation/support partners with indicative pricing for both a 6 month pilot and ongoing annual costs to ascertain and evaluate viability and Return on Investment (ROI) of artificial intelligence/deep learning applications within the DoE environment.
DoE is interested to gain an understanding of products that might be able to support one or more of the following processes:
* Category One – After call work (summarise and auto-complete ticket fields)
* Category Two – Service Centre Online submitted incidents, low complexity Incidents (online service request system and chat in future state)
A third opportunity has also been identified which may be included as a value-added option:
* Category Three – Password reset service (Speech recognition, voice chat and potential voice biometric identification)
