The Department of Housing and Public Works (the Customer) is competitively tendering, through an open Invitation to Offer (ITO) process, the cleaning services at the Toowoomba Sports Ground (TSG).

The existing cleaning contract expires on 30 September 2018. The department is therefore seeking to enter into a new contract for the cleaning services at TSG after the existing contracts expire.

The initial term of the contract will be for two (2) years, with one (1) X two (2) year extension option and one (1) additional X one (1) year extension option available. The total term of the contract, including all extension options will be five ( 5) years.

The Supplier must supply all of the cleaning equipment required to undertake the service.
