CS8746 - This Request for Tender (RFT) invites tenders from the open market for the supply of software and implementation services for a Human Resource Management System (HRMS). The RFT is being run as part of a business change project for which technology shall support the business in transforming and maturing the human capital management function within SA Water.

The HRMS sought by SA Water will (a) be a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software product that is full-suite, yet modularised and capable of expansion, can integrate seamlessly with SA Water existing architectural landscape, and meet SA Water’s stated high level requirements, capabilities roadmap, and desired business outcomes. SA Water will require Level 3 and Level 4 support for the HRMS.

The implementation partner sought by SA Water to implement selected HRMS modules will demonstrate relevant ability, capacity and experience to successfully implement the technology (by modules) selected by SA Water, and have the ability, capacity and experience to provide Level 2 support and maintenance for the HRMS, should SA Water elect to outsource some or all Level 2 support responsibilities.
