Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council is seeking Expressions of Interest, to enter into an agreement to supply renewable energy from a large scale solar PV facility to a number of sites using a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), dedicated new solar facility on Council land, or other potential mechanism.

Expressions of Interest close at 11:00am on Thursday 16 August 2018, and may be lodged electronically (see option below).
(Note: Under no circumstances are expressions of interest documents to be e-mailed to Council staff). Please note that the highest or any offer may not necessarily be accepted. Canvassing or lobbying for the purpose of attempting to influence the impartial performance of the public duty of Councillors and Council staff will result in disqualification of the Expression of Interest.
