Partnerships Addressing Disadvantage

⁠⁠⁠The Victorian Government seeks responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) to select partners for its Partnerships Addressing Disadvantage (PADs) initiative.

Proposals are sought to finance projects that improve education and engagement outcomes for:
* vulnerable children aged 5-24 (or schools years 1-10); and
* disengaged youth aged 15-24 (youth who have left school early and are not engaged in training or in the labour force located within a geographic area associated with social and economic disadvantage).

Proposals that bridge the two preferred age groups (e.g. middle years) or focus on a particular age range within these cohorts (e.g. 5-10 or 20-24) are also welcomed. Proposals that address other areas may also be considered.

* A version that shows changes from the Statement of Intent that was circulated during the market engagement period and published on https://www.dtf.vic.gov.au/partnerships-addressing-disadvantage/current-partnerships-opportunities
