The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 1819-3 for the provision of Eltham Central Pavilion Redevelopment - Panther Place, Eltham, VIC 3095.

Works include:
* Demolition of existing change rooms and construction of new change rooms. (Stage 1)
* Extension and refurbishment of the existing social rooms. (Stage 2)
* All other associated works.

The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the Works.

The contract period is intended to commence on 3 September 2018 with a date for practical completion on 31 October 2019.
