Tender Description
Douglas Shire Council intends to connect its Whyanbeel and Mossman water schemes. The scope of work includes:
* Site establishment/ disestablishment;
* Survey set-out;
* Location and protection of all underground services within the works footprint;
* Complying all necessary permits and approvals;
* Vegetation clearance as required;
* Environmental Management during construction;
* Supply of materials and construction of 1560m of 225mm diameter water main including fittings, valves, hydrants and thrust blocks adjacent to Mossman Daintree road
* Connection of house service connections
* Pressure testing, sterilisation and connection to the existing water networks
* Reinstatement of roads, grass, paths, driveways affected by the construction works;
