Provision of Management Services for Victoria Lake Caravan Park

⁠⁠⁠Greater Shepparton City Council is seeking an experienced company to provide a management service to oversee the operation of the Victoria Lake Caravan Park (VLCP) in Shepparton. The contract term will be for 3 years with two additional one year options at the sole discretion of the Council, and will commence on 1 January 2019.

Council is seeking a management contract to allow Council time to investigate the purchase of the park.

The Caravan Park has 123 accommodation sites made up of 17 self-contained cabins, 75 caravan sites, 11 annual sites and 20 camping sites.

Yearly occupancy levels for the past two years are attached to Appendix D.

Council encourages submissions from tenderers with strategies on improving occupancy rates. Council is open to discussions with regard to methodology of service delivery that may build in incentives for the tenderer should they be able to increase occupancy rates.

Tender submissions will be received until 4:00pm Wednesday 1st August 2018.
