Provision of Civil, Landscape and Building Construction for the Upgrade to Hercules Street Park Northshore.
The tender scope includes:
* Site preparation;
* Earthworks;
* Stormwater;
* Installation of upgraded drainage;
* Installation of hardscape areas;
* Construction of new playground equipment, BBQ’s, shelters, kiosk buildings, other park furniture, retaining walls and water feature;
* Installation of electrical services, lighting and CCTV cameras;
* Installation of water services;
* Installation of telecommunications;
* Placement of topsoils and soft landscaping; and
* 12 months maintenance and watering.
