Tender Description
Third Sector Australia (3SA) is a not-for-profit and registered charity seeking contractors to deliver a full range of maintenance services for our 280 social and affordable housing properties located from Coffs Harbour to Tweed Heads.
The successful candidates will enter into a 2 year agreement with 3SA for the delivery of planned and unplanned maintenance and repair services that could be provided under a multi-trade contractor or head contractor/lead agency business model. It is expected that the agreements will commence on 1st October 2018.
