Tender Description
Parks Victoria is calling for tenders from suitably qualified individuals or organisations to supply and upgrade/reconstruct sections of the 5.4m wide and 210m long timber structure known as the Kerferd Road Pier, Albert Park.
Works include the repair/upgrade of first 80m of the pier (replacement of some piles and decking) and reconstruction of a 130m pier section, including the lower landing (replacement of piles, crossheads, beams, stairs and decking). Works also include supply and installation of timber capping, timber handrails and lighting.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
